Our principles
Respawnews covers game releases, reviews, industry news and esports. Our commitment is to publish researched information with identifiable sources, and to be clear with readers about how each story was produced.
How we verify information
A story is only published when it is backed by at least two independent, reliable sources, or by a primary source such as an official statement from the studio, publisher or developer. Source links are recorded internally so they can be checked during editorial review.
Use of artificial intelligence and human review
Part of the research and writing is done with the help of artificial intelligence. No text is published automatically: every article goes through human editorial review before going live, under the responsibility of editor João Gabriel Trevizane.
Images
Whenever possible we use official images released by the studios and publishers themselves. When no official image is available, we may use an illustrative image generated by artificial intelligence, always marked with an "Illustrative image generated by AI" label.
Advertising and sponsored content
Sponsored content or content with affiliate links is always labeled "Sponsored". The ads shown on the site do not change the sourcing standards described above.
Corrections
Found a mistake? Email contato@studiostofus.com with the subject "Correction" and the link to the article. We review the report and, once an error is confirmed, we fix the text. When a correction is significant, the update date shown on the article reflects the change.
