This Privacy Policy explains how Respawnews ("we", "the site") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of visitors to playeronenews.com/respawnews.com ("you"). By using the site, you agree to the practices described here. If you disagree, we recommend you do not continue browsing.

3. What data we collect
- Navigation data: pages visited, time on page, referral source, device and browser type, IP address (anonymized/aggregated by Google Analytics).
- Voluntarily provided data: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide.
- Cookies and similar technologies: used to remember preferences (such as your consent choice) and, with your consent, for audience analytics.
We do not collect sensitive data (health, racial origin, political opinions, etc.) and we do not request identification documents.
4. How and why we use data
- Consent: to enable analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — only activated after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner.
- Legitimate interest: to keep the site secure and technically functional, and to understand, in aggregate, which content readers care about.
- Contract performance: to send the newsletter to those who voluntarily subscribed.
7. International data transfers
The providers listed in section 6 may process data on servers outside Brazil (United States and other countries). These transfers follow the safeguards required by Brazilian data protection law (LGPD art. 33), including contractual clauses and certifications adopted by these providers.
8. Data retention
Analytics data is kept per Google Analytics' default configuration (typically up to 14 months). Newsletter emails are kept while you remain subscribed and can be removed at any time upon request or via the unsubscribe link in the email itself.
9. Your rights (Brazilian LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to:
- Confirmation that data processing exists.
- Access to your data.

The site does not yet show Google AdSense ads, but plans to. Once it does, third-party advertising cookies will only load after your consent, through the same banner described in section 5. 12. Sponsored content and affiliate links
The site may publish sponsored content, always labeled "Publi", and may include affiliate links (a purchase made through the link may generate a commission for the site, at no extra cost to you). This practice is already disclosed in the footer of every page.

We adopt reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, infrastructure providers with security certifications) to protect processed data. No system is 100% immune to incidents, and we commit to notifying authorities and affected individuals in case of a relevant incident, as required by applicable law.
14. Children's privacy
The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from that age group. If you are a parent/guardian and believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the page itself.
